§ 8.104. Applicability; Exemptions

(1)

This Chapter shall apply to the site selection of all arterial highways and interchanges and collector highways wholly or partially within the unincorporated territory of El Paso County, not associated with an application under the El Paso County Land Development Code.

(2)

A Permit is not required under this Chapter for the following activities:

(a)

Arterial highways and interchanges and collector highways planned or constructed within the scope of an application under the El Paso County Land Development Code.

(b)

Arterial highways and interchanges and collector highways owned, maintained, or constructed by El Paso County.

(c)

Arterial highways and interchanges and collector highways included within funding categories A, B, or C of the Pikes Peak Rural Transportation Authority.
